Scots lotto winner Jane Park has ditched the lockdown in Scotland to spend Hogmanay in Dubai.
The glamorous EuroMillions winner, who won £1million aged just 17, shared her trip on Instagram as she arrived at an airport in Dubai.
The series videos shows includes her lounging by the baggage terminal, while in another is seen driving through the city with the caption: “Good to be back.”
25-year-old Jane, from Edinburgh, also hinted that she may be staying in the city permanently with one post reading: “Move to Dubai? Not a problem.”
The social media star had previously suggested that she would love to move to the country to escape the Scottish lockdown.
Earlier this month, she posted on Instagram: “Another lockdown…could Dubai.”
The rules around travelling to Dubai from the UK mean that anyone arriving there either has to provide a negative test on arrival, or take one at the airport.
On Boxing Day, the Scottish Government introduced tough new coronavirus restrictions with most of the country in level four of the country’s five-tier restrictions.
At the moment, travel to or from Scotland “without a reasonable excuse" is not permitted.
Government guidance reads: “In the run-up to 26 December we are asking everyone now not to go ahead with any non-essential travel abroad.
“Those who are already overseas can continue with their trip as planned.”
Last month she spent time in the city indulging in a series of plush dinners, drinks, shopping and exclusive trips, before enjoying a night out at the glitzy Versace hotel, and shared the splendours of the lavish restaurant and main foyer with her 221k fans.
