Lotto results: Ireland has new millionaire after hitting jackpot in Saturday's Plus 1 draw

Ireland has a new millionaire after Saturday night's Lotto draw.

One lucky punter is €1million richer after hitting the jackpot in the Plus 1 draw.

The player matched all six numbers plus the bonus ball to claim the monster sum. The winning ticket was sold in the mid-west.

The winning numbers were 16, 17, 27, 31, 32, 37 and the bonus was 46.

Meanwhile, the €3.26million jackpot for the main draw was not won. The winning numbers were 3, 4, 19, 32, 39, 46 and the bonus was 40.

And the Lotto Plus 2 top prize of €250,000 was not scooped either. The numbers were 3, 6, 21, 23, 34, 37 and the bonus was 26.
