Lotto players urged to check tickets after one punter wins €500,000 prize in Tuesday's EuroMillions draw

Irish Lotto players are being urged to check their tickets after one player managed to snag the top prize in Tuesday's EuroMillions plus draw worth €500,000.

The prize is the latest in a string of big wins for Irish EuroMillions players after one lucky person from Galway grabbed the EuroMillions Plus top prize worth €500,000 in Friday night's draw and another Lotto player scooped the €1 million top prize in Friday's 9pm Daily Million draw.

In total over 40,000 players in Ireland won prizes in the EuroMillions and Plus games, including the one lucky winner of the €500,000.

The numbers called in the EuroMillions Plus draw were 01, 07, 13, 14 and 46.

The National Lottery has revealed that the winning ticket was sold in Galway and players are being urged to check their tickets to see if they are one of the winners in any of Tuesday’s draws.

The lucky ticketholder should make contact with the National Lottery prize claims team at 1800 666 222 or email claims@lottery.ie to claim their prize.

Meanwhile, in Tuesday's EuroMillions draw, the numbers to look out for are 14, 17, 23, 36, 44 and the Lucky Stars 02 and 08.

While the jackpot went unclaimed, one Irish player did win the Match 5 prize worth €12,748.

Meanwhile, ten Irish players also scooped €5,000 each in the Ireland Only raffle draw. The winning raffle tickets are:

Tuesday’s prize also marks another big win for Galway players after another person from the county managed to match all five numbers to scoop the €500,000 EuroMillions Plus jackpot in last Friday's draw.

The National Lottery has since revealed that the winning ticket was sold at the EuroSpar store in Townparks in Ballinasloe.

Players in Ballinasloe are being urged to check their tickets to see if they have won the life-changing sum. The lucky ticket holder should make contact with the National Lottery prize claims team on 1800 666 222 or email claims@lottery.ie to claim their prize.
