A lucky lottery player has bagged her THIRD massive scratchcard prize in just five years - with all winning slips brought from the same store.
Health worker 'Momma Dukes' has hit the jackpot once again after winning her third lottery prize in just five years on scratchcards - this time bagging a whopping $100,000 this month.
This brings her total winnings to an impressive $210,000 (£168,300).
The 52-year-old winner, who prefers to remain anonymous, bought all three tickets from Thirsty's, a local convenience store in Salisbury, Maryland,.
She revealed that after scratching the winning ticket, she exclaimed to the clerk, "Surprise!".
In a statement via the Maryland Lottery, the winner said: "I had all three of my winners at that same store.
"After I scratched off the ticket, I said to the clerk, 'Surprise!'"
The woman claimed she decided to buy the instant card after she noticed it was the last ticket on the roll and that no one wanted it.
The Salisbury retailer where Momma Dukes bought the winning ticket will receive a $1,000 bonus for selling a $100,000 top-prize winning scratch-off, according to Maryland Lottery.
The $100,000 Lucky game went on sale in September 2021, and this is the 33rd top-prize winner claimed, leaving 32 available along with other prizes ranging from $30 to $5,000.
'Momma Dukes', a healthcare worker, is no stranger to winning lottery prizes.
She previously won $10,000 in 2017 and $100,000 in 2019, both from tickets bought from the same store.
