Transport operator Lothian is to create a new Edinburgh travel centre after taking on a unit at Shandwick Place.
The development due to open this summer will provide an information and ticket point for millions of customers and visitors to the city and facilities for staff.
The fit-out project and refurbishment will be managed by independent Scottish chartered surveyor and property specialist Graham + Sibbald , who acquired the 9140 sq ft site on behalf of the UK’s largest municipal transport operator. Lothian runs bus services across the city and Lothian regions.

Graham + Sibbald also advised on fit-outs for Scotland House in the European Quarter of Brussels last year and Scotland House in London in 2017, both in partnership with the Scottish Government. It also project managed Lothian’s Waverley Bridge travel centre refurbishment in 2014 and is currently working on a major residential development at Ardersier on the Moray Firth.
