Lost Property

We all lose things: our socks, our keys, our hearts. Sometimes even our heads. Occasionally, we lose ourselves in music, or we lose weight. Sometimes we lose ourselves completely.

In this lovely little show from new physical theatre company Tangled Feet, everyone has lost something. Two children have lost their parents and their way in the dark woods; a woman has lost her unborn children; another has lost June 8 2002, and wants it back. So where do you go when you've lost things? To the lost property office, of course. Except this lost property office is run by a man who is giving absolutely nothing away.

A series of interwoven sketches and sequences that eventually come together to make a pleasing whole, this show has something of the flavour of Filter's Faster, the stories of Borges and the physical theatre of Gecko. Some of the physical work lacks precision, while the material could be more cunningly shaped, and the script needs a poet's eye to lift it above the banal. But this is promising stuff from a young company who should have a great future - as long as they don't get lost on the way.

· Until August 28. Box office: 0131-668 1633.
