Lost cockatiel found in Clydebank street prompts appeal to find owners

An appeal has been launched to trace the owners of a missing cockatiel found in Clydebank.

The bird, which is grey, green, yellow and white, was found on Durban Avenue on Tuesday (July 20).

The Scottish SPCA is now looking to find the owner of the cockatiel, which is thought to be female. It is currently in the care of the charity's Dunbartonshire centre.

A statement from the organisation reads: "Please note, this is not a rehoming post. We are trying to trace this animal's owners. Please only contact us if you have relevant information.
