'Lost already!' - Chelsea fans make Hudson-Odoi point over Lampard's lineup to face Liverpool

Chelsea's starting XI to take on reigning champions Liverpool has been confirmed.

Ruben Loftus-Cheek drops out of the team that won 3-1 away to Brighton and Hove Albion on Monday night, with Mateo Kovacic getting the start after serving a suspension last time out.

Kai Havertz and Mason Mount look likely to play behind Timo Werner in a 4-3-2-1, with Jorginho and N'Golo Kante joining Kovacic in midfield.

The back five remains the same from the win at Brighton, with goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga retaining his place.

Chelsea v Liverpool: Premier League match preview

Chelsea fans have been reacting to the presence of Kepa, and indeed the absence of Callum Hudson-Odoi, who they feel should be starting.

Here's what they have had to say on Twitter.

The full team is as follows:

Chelsea: Kepa Arrizabalaga; Reece James, Andreas Christensen, Kurt Zouma, Marcos Alonso; N'Golo Kante. Jorginho, Mateo Kovacic; Kai Havertz, Mason Mount; Timo Werner.

Subs: Willy Caballero, Cesar Azpilicueta, Fikayo Tomori, Ross Barkley, Callum Hudson-Odoi, Tammy Abraham, Olivier Giroud.
