Evangeline Lilly completely shaved her head in a shocking video she shared to Instagram this weekend.
The former Lost actress, 40, appeared to be getting ready for a new role and thought she'd take fans through her transformation.
In a sped up clip, she trimmed her brunette locks with scissors before taking an electric razor to them, giving herself a skinhead.
"Stop or keep going??" she asked her Instagram followers, who were shocked by her new look.
But she didn't give them a chance to answer as she later posted a picture of her new haircut, showing she'd taken it all off.
In the striking picture, Evangeline sat in the front seat of a car as she beamed for the camera.
She captioned the photo: "Hello world. It's a BEAUTIFUL DAY."
Her photo was flooded with comments from fans, who complimented her makeover.
One commented: "You look so beautiful! I'm actually speechless."
"OMG I JUST SCREAMED," another posted,
A third wrote: "With or without hair, you always looks incredible."
"Still as beautiful as ever," another agreed.
Evangeline didn't say what role she'd changed her hair for, but no doubt it'll be another in a string of high profile projects.
In 2015 she starred in Ant-Man as Hope van Dyne, reprising the role in Ant-Man and the Wasp last year and later in Avengers: Endgame.
She is best known for playing Kate Austen in the TV series Lost, which she starred in from 2004 to 2010.
