A lorry came off a road before ploughing into a football pitch at a Scots school in the early hours of this morning.
The driver came off the A725 in Bellshill before ending up down an embankment near Cardinal Newman High School in the North Lanarkshire town.
The incident happened at around 3.50am on Friday, August 27 and thankfully no one was hurt as a result of the crash.

Dramatic pictures taken from the scene on Friday morning show the lorry facing down the embankment at the sports pitch.
Locals reported waking up to "blue flashing lights" during the night, before discovering the crash in the morning.
Officers confirmed that recovery has been arranged for the lorry.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "We were made aware of a crash involving a lorry which left the A725 near Bellshill around 3.50am on Friday, August 27.
"There are no reported injuries and recovery has been arranged for the vehicle."
