Jack-knifed lorry leaves road closed as Storm Ciara disruption continues

Perth and Kinross Council reported that the A924 between Edradour and Moulin Moor is still currently closed (last update 6am, Tuesday 11) due to a jack-knifed lorry.

The incident happened some 12 hours earlier on Monday evening when the cold weather brought snow and sleet after Storm Ciara.

Road closure signs have been put up.

Police have also closed the snow gates at the Spittal of Glenshee and Braemar, crews are working in the area.

It follows days of stormy weather across the region.

We reported that The Venue in Perth could be facing closure after a roof collapse at a neighbouring building on Saturday night.
