Lorraine viewers SLAM the show over MASSIVE Avengers: Endgame spoiler

Lorraine viewers were left fuming as a massive Avengers: EndGame spoiler was casually dropped live on air.

The highly-anticipated Marvel superhero film was released on Thursday evening with many fans planning to catch it over the weekend.

Earlier this week Mark Ruffalo teased that viewers would be left “grieving” at the end of the film, whilst walking the carpet at the Los Angeles Premiere.

Viewers have since been sent into further panic after the talk show’s showbiz correspondent discussed Loki actor Tom Hiddleston’s role in the action epic.

Outrage: Fans were left outraged at the spoiler Avengers: Endgame (Marvel Studios)

He said: “Not so good for Tom Hiddleston Lorraine, he’s only in it for about three minutes, perhaps his star slightly faded.”

Outraged fans took to social media to hit out at the show for not issuing a warning.

One user wrote: “Thanks for the spoiler Dan Wootton.”

Another posted: “@reallorraine Did @danwootton just give away an Avengers spoiler by saying Tom Hiddleston has 3 minutes screen time?! Loki died in Avengers Infinity War, and I haven't seen End Game yet! #Lorraine.”

A third fumed: “Just heard an #EndGame spoiler on a morning breakfast show of all places. F*** it anyway #Lorraine.”

Details of Avengers: EndGame, which is the amalgamation of 22 Marvel Cinematic Universe films, have been kept tightly under wraps, but the story is expected to pick up after Thanos wiped out half the universe at the end of Infinity War.

The film was leaked on piracy sites a day ahead of the US and UK release after a copy of the movie was filmed in a Chinese cinema, according to TorrentFreak.

The copy is supposedly very low quality with the report claiming it’s “semi-rotated and is littered throughout with watermarks for a gambling site that spin around the screen.”
