Lorraine Kelly has sent a sweet message of hope to colleague Eamonn Holmes as he battles chronic back pain.
The Scots presenter joined Emily Atak and Emmerdale actor Frazer Hines to wish him well after he posted a picture of himself looking pained as he lay on the physiotherapy table.
Eamonn who has battled back pain for some time now appeared to be the worse for wear after he told fans: "Starting the day by tackling the pain from the night before... On the Physio table.
"Chronic pain. Just can't get it to go away.
"Sadly so many of you know the feeling. Thanks for sharing your stories."

"I'm determined to beat this... however much it hurts."
Eamonn, 61, told fans he's been suffering for a while form pain so intense that he's been unable to sleep.
At the weekend he told followers: "In that Twilight Zone between Night time and Morning. Anyone else find these Hours the worst.... particularly if you suffer Chronic pain."
Lorraine told Eamonn: "Hope you are OK Eamonn Holmes - tough times. Hope you feel better very soon. xxx"
Emmerdale's Frazer who's mum is Scottish told Eamonn: "You’ll be fine Pilgrim , many a man in the cemetery would love your pain.
"Why? That’s what gets me through everyday with a torn rotator cuff!"
