Coronation Street's Gemma Winter made a shock confession about Lorraine Kelly tonight - but one part of the scene caused major controversy.
The real world and soap world combined as Gemma laid on the sofa eating toast while watching Lorraine’s show on the telly.
Chesney Brown was horrified by the horrible mess that his girlfriend had left in his living room.
Gemma dropped a big bombshell on the Scottish TV presenter and fans are now convinced that Lorraine may arrive on the cobbles for a shocking new storyline.
However, some viewers thought the scene was the 'most disgusting in Coronation Street history' for a different reason.

While watching the show, Gemma confessed: “I wish Lorraine were my mum.”
When baffled Ches asked why, she replied: “Because she’s dead pretty and we’d have celebs round all the time. I’ve always wanted to be Scottish.”
Chesney asked if she was ever going to get dressed, but Gemma was still obsessing over Lorraine.
While sipping her cuppa, she shouted: “You tell ‘em Lorraine. She's quite feisty really. We’re similar.”
Gemma then got up to do the washing up but started licking her plate clean with her tongue and put it in the drying rack.
Disgusted Chesney spat his tea back into the mug after watching her hideous cleaning method.
Corrie viewers took to Twitter after watching the horrible scene.
One viewer said: "I know #Corrie try and make Gemma look “rough” but licking a plate clean and then sticking it on the draining board? Ew"
Another added: "Gemma - that was one of the most disgusting things I’ve ever seen on #Corrie !!"
A third said: "OH MY GOD, Gemma is revolting, i hope her idol @reallorraine isn't watching"
Could Lorraine actually come into the soap as Gemma’s long-lost mum?
Lorraine, who is a massive fan of the ITV soap, has actually already appeared on the cobbles.
The presenter played a police officer as part of special Text Santa episode ‘A Christmas Corrie’.
She wrestled with Michelle Keegan’s character Tina McIntyre over some egg nog.
