Lorraine Kelly has shared a hilarious throwback of her dad's 'scalped' head when he got the 'worst haircut ever' over lockdown.
The Scots presenter took to Instagram to share the dodgy barnet after parents John, 80, and Anne, 79, who live in East Kilbride, attempted a DIY trim.
The ITV star, 61, recalled the moment she told her parents "it wasn’t that bad", but was forced to hang up the phone as she was 'in tears of laughter'.
The photo shows her dad's neck and lower head of hair completely shaved off aside from a few tufts.
Captioning the post, she wrote: “Can we all pause for a moment and remember that on this day exactly a year ago my mum scalped my poor old dad - #worsthaircutever!” she wrote.
Recalling the moment she first saw the DIY job, she added: "I remember telling him 'it wasn’t that bad' but had to hang up the phone in tears with laughing!"
Lorraine’s followers couldn't help but see the funny side as they took to the comments.
One wrote: “Poor dad, he definitely wasn’t alone!”
Another admitted: "I did the very same to my husband but everybody found the video of me laughing tears rolling down my face more funny.”
