Lorraine Kelly has already set her new year's resolution after admitting comfort eating has left her feeling unhealthy.
The TV host, who presents ITV's Lorraine, says she's gone up two dress sizes after over-indulging.
She took to Twitter to share her thoughts with her fans, writing: "Anyone else feeling tired with no stamina? I’m not exercising enough.
"Comfort eating and gone up 2 dress sizes. Feeling unhealthy– need a kickstart in New Year.
"I’ve always said no to diets but any sensible suggestions?"
One fan who said they were in the same position told the presenter: "The wine has to go and the treats!!"

And Lorraine, 62, said: "I hear you! I do need a kick up the bum to get motivated."
Thankfully, Lorraine hasn't lost too much confidence and still beams in an Instagram snap each morning she's on the telly to tell fans where her outfit is from.
Lorraine was recently handed a CBE in a special ceremony at Windsor Castle.
She'd been awarded an OBE by the Queen in 2012 during her Diamond Jubilee, and last week was made a CBE for services to broadcasting, journalism and charity by Princess Royal Princess Anne.

Speaking about the honour, Lorraine told Hello! magazine : "It was an incredible honour, especially as I was in the company of so many wonderful NHS and front-line workers who helped us through the pandemic."
She said things were quite different on the day due to Covid restrictions, but that "Princess Anne put everyone at ease and was utterly charming."
Lorraine added: "It brought back memories of when I was awarded an OBE by the Queen in Edinburgh's Holyrood Palace during the summer of Her Majesty's Diamond Jubilee in 2012.

"I was unbelievably nervous and emotional and can't recall what The Queen said to me as I was totally overwhelmed by the occasion and cried happy tears throughout."
The honour came after Lorraine's show was hit with more than 1,300 Ofcom complaints following a segment about Covid vaccines.
The broadcasting watchdog was contacted by angry viewers after Dr Hilary stated that "90% of the people that are in hospital are unvaccinated".
Lorraine replied: "That's a figure that we have to really concentrate on, 90% of people in hospital have not been vaccinated."
Lorraine later clarified that 90% of people in hospital receiving the most specialist care are unvaccinated.
