TV presenter Lorraine Kelly joined the cast of Gogglebox on Friday with her daughter Rosie and little dog, Ruby.
During the first episode of Celebrity Gogglebox viewers were offered a glimpse inside the homes of the rich and famous as they sat down to watch some telly.
The ITV chat show host and her daughter shared their opinions with the nation on the Friends Reunion, The Masked Dancer and even shared their secret crushes.
However, viewers were sceptical about who they were actually watching on the sofa.
Taking to twitter one Gogglebox fan said: "I wonder if #Lorraine is herself tonight… or playing the character Lorraine #CelebrityGogglebox."
A second added: "Anyone know if this is Lorraine Kelly or is it the artist that plays Lorraine Kelly?...#CelebrityGogglebox"
"Is this the real Lorraine Kelly or her persona? #CelebrityGogglebox #Gogglebox" a third wrote.
Another added: "Are we watching the real Lorraine Kelly or the actress Lorraine Kelly? #CelebrityGogglebox".
This comes after Lorraine found herself under scrutiny over a £1.2 million tax bill in 2016.
The Scottish star argued that she was self-employed and did not receive staff benefits such as holiday or sick pay and was allowed to carry out other work.
As the morning chat show host claimed she was freelance, the judge ruled, in 2019, that Lorraine was not employed by ITV but performs as her “chatty” TV persona.
The judge ruled in her favour saying: "We did not accept that Ms Kelly simply appeared as herself - we were satisfied that Ms Kelly presents a persona of herself, she presents herself as a brand and that is the brand ITV sought when engaging her.
"All parts of the show are a performance, the act being to perform the role of a friendly, chatty and fun personality”.
Lorraine was still a hit on the award winning TV show with one viewer tweeting: ""Loving Lorraine, Rosie and Ruby on Gogglebox".
The 61 year old also shared her secret crush - Dr Spock from Star Trek, to the shock of Rosie.
Celebrity Gogglebox airs on Channel 4 at Friday 9pm.
