Lorraine viewers were left choking on their morning coffee on Thursday as the famous presenter engaged in a chat about sex with Doctor Hilary Jones.
Dr Hilary has been appearing on both Good Morning Britain and Lorraine on a daily basis as cases of COVID-19 increase across the UK, offering advice on all manner of issues from coronavirus symptoms to what to do when you're in self isolation.
On Thursday, Lorraine put a number of viewer questions to Dr Hilary, including ones about which painkillers to use to combat coronavirus, if you should still go to pubs and what to do if someone in your family is symptomatic.
But then came one they and millions watching at home were definitely not expecting - one from someone who was wondering if they should still be trying for a baby.
Dr Hilary joked "yes...there's nothing else to do," before clarifying that perhaps couples should delay plans for having a child as they will need maternity services that may not be available in hospitals as usual.
Lorraine then interrupted: "But Hilary, they can still practice!" to which he responded: "You can still practice, indeed. I know where you're coming from and I like the way you're thinking," before Lorraine took things up a notch by revealing that sales of "naughty toys," had gone up in recent weeks.
Dr Hilary ended the bizarre chat by saying "Enjoy your hobbies. As long as they don't harm anybody else."
Viewers couldn't believe what they were watching, one joked: " @lorraine flirting with Doctor Hilary is making my morning...who blames her to be honest."
