The Lord Mayor of Dublin has announced that he will open a book of condolence for legendary Dublin comedian Brendan Grace.
The 68-year-old died in the early hours of Thursday morning following a battle with lung cancer.
The Mansion House will be open to the public from 12 noon today, July 11 until 5pm and then again on Friday, July 12 from 10am to 5pm.

Last week it was announced that Grace had to cancel his summer tour after receiving the devastating news while he was being treated for pneumonia.
The dad-of-four has been married to Eileen Doyle since 1973.
Lord Mayor Paul McAuliffe said: “Brendan Grace was a true Dubliner who captured the unique Dublin sense of humour and brought it to audiences at home and across the world.
"I am opening this Book of Condolence to allow the people of Dublin an opportunity to express their own feelings for the loss of Brendan Grace, a true comic genius."
