Loosened NSW restrictions coming in spring

RESTRICTIONS EASED FOR ADULTS FULLY VACCINATED FROM SEPTEMBER 13 IN NSW

* Restrictions differ between local government areas

* Freedoms come after NSW recorded six million vaccine doses

* More clarity on changes when NSW reaches 70 per cent and 80 per cent vaccination coverage

NEW FREEDOM IN LGAS OF CONCERN

* Households with all adults vaccinated can gather outdoors for recreation, like picnics

* This is on top of one hour for exercise

* Gatherings must comply with the curfew

* Gatherings must be within 5km of home

NEW FREEDOMS IN OTHER LGAS

* Outdoor gatherings of up to five people allowed

* Gatherings must be in a person's LGA, or within 5km of home

* Children are included in the cap of five people but do not have to be vaccinated

FREEDOMS AT 70 PER CENT

* A range of family, industry, community and economic restrictions will be lifted for those who are fully vaccinated

* 70 per cent of the state's population must be fully vaccinated

FREEDOMS AT 80 PER CENT

* Further restrictions on industry, community and the economy will lift

* 80 per cent of the state's population must be fully vaccinated
