Loose Women host Nadia Sawalha has said that she used to resent her sister to "putting pressure" on her while breastfeeding.
The 56-year-old, who has two sisters Julia and Dina but didn't name which one she was referring to, opened up about her experience after giving birth to her baby.
Today, the panelists discussed whether breast was best, prompting Nadia to say that "any woman she do what feels right".
But she said: "What I would say is, I feel really lucky - though I resented it at the time - my sister was the one that put all the pressure on me when I was going to give up. But I found it really, really hard!
"I really wanted to breastfeed my children - there's no doubt about it. But she pushed me at the point that I was ready to give up - I did give up for a bit, then I went back to it and I'm really glad that I did that.
"But I do think it's wrong. We carry so much guilt as parents and those first few days as a mum is finding the balance between the two."

As Kaye Adams disputed whether saying that "breast is best" putting pressure on mums.
"It should be breast is best but if you can't manage it, then there needs to be understanding," she said.
Kaye questioned: "But does that make you think that you're second rate?"
Jane Moore replied: "I'm no earth mother, as you all know, but I just think that if you fine breastfeeding easy and that's what you want to do, great. But if you don't, equally as you said, there should be the support there for you.
"I do worry - you say it's not harmful for babies after 48 hours, but what about the mum? It would be incredibly stressful to go 48 hours without anybody intervening for help."
Nadia added: "It was the lowest point for me, learning to breastfeed."
