Loose Women's Kaye Adams reckoned she might get arrested for indecent exposure as she said her knickers had slipped down while she was out in public.
Scots born Kaye encountered the embarrassing issues with her underwear while she was out running for a 5K.
She told her fans she hoped nobody noticed that her knickers had come off.
Kaye revealed on her Instagram stories: "I'm doing a couch to 5k and I can feel my knickers slipping down to the underside of my buttocks."
She then asked her followers: "Do I reach in or yank them up or hope that nobody notices."
Kaye tried to manoeuvre her pants so they'd be in the right position but eventually realised they were a lost cause.
She addded: "Don't wear yoga pants.They are useless for running."
"By the time I have done the 5k i might get arrested for indecent exposure."
As she imagined the scenario she said: "Honestly officer I only came out for a run."
