Loose Women's Jane Moore left in 'agony' live on air as co-star forced to step in

Jane Moore had to be helped out by one of her Loose Women co-stars, after being left in 'agony' live on air during Friday's show.

As the ITV lunchtime favourite rounded off another week, journalist Jane took a seat on the panel alongside host Kaye Adams and colleagues Nadia Sawalha and Sunetra Sarker.

Loose Women viewers got a shock when, after an ad break, cameras went back on the studio, to witness Nadia pushing on Jane's foot, as Jane explained that she was in "a lot of pain." As Jane continued to wince, former EastEnders actress Nadia adjusted her angle to try and be more help.

Jane reacted: "I get cramp all the time, and I don't know what causes it," to which Nadia quipped: "Age!", with Sunetra then responding: "You say that about everything," before Jane yelped: "I'm in agony!"

Viewers at home were quick to share some tips for Jane on how to cope with her cramp, with one taking to Twitter to write: "Hey girls for cramp I put my foot or leg on something cold like for eg if I get it in my foot I’ll stand in an empty bath and it works for me!! hope it helps!"

Also trying to be of help, a second tweeted: "Jane, try magnesium for cramp, had it every length when swimming, started taking it 3 weeks ago only had it 3 times since, game changer for me, now swimming at least twice as many lengths," with a third commenting: "tonic water is good for cramp! (Gin optional!!) could also be a lack of salt!"

Jane being struck down by cramp comes a month after she sparked concern from her co-stars, having looked close to tears on camera, before revealing she was battling a nasty case of hayfever.
