Loose Women's Denise Welch has revealed her incredible figure following her two-stone weight loss.
Relaxing in her garden, the 62-year-old made the most of the UK sunshine in an one-piece swimsuit.
She kicked back on a sun lounger, whilst sporting oversized glasses.
Last year, Denise revealed her secret was starting the LighterLife plan, which includes daily foodpacks, shakes, snacks and cognitive behavioural therapy
Denise told Broccoli & Brains: "Until I gave up drinking, I never really had a weight problem. I’d certainly never had a sweet tooth.
"But once I stopped drinking, I started getting massive sugar cravings and the weight started going on."
In the Instagram snap, Denise rocked a black one-piece embellished with peacock feather prints.

The mum-of-two showed-off a bold pink lipgloss, emphasising her pout while a pair of black shades covered her peepers, reports the Daily Star.
Her post, which has since racked up thousands of likes, was instantly flooded with comments from adoring fans.
One fan took to the comment section, saying: "You go, girl!"
While a second went on to add: "Looking bloody fabulous our Denise!"
A third said: "Looking very suave!"
And a fourth gushed: "An icon."
