Charlene White was forced to quieten down her Loose Women co-stars when they clashed over alcohol.
The ITV show's panel, which consisted of Charlene, Denise Welch, Carol McGiffin, and Katie Piper were discussing Dry January as many people take it up at the start of a new year.
Katie, 38, said that she has decided to embark upon four weeks of sobriety and was already considering extending it for longer.
The topic of conversation led to Charlene asking Denise, 63, about the moment she decided to stop drinking ten years ago.

The Hollyoaks star stopped drinking in 2012 after he now-husband, Lincoln Townley, had given up alcohol.
"My relationship with drink was very destructive and it’s the best thing that I’ve ever done," she said before Carol gave her view.
"I hope I never get like that because I love wine, I literally love wine," the 61-year-old said. "I don’t really like soft drinks. That’s the truth."
"But if you got as depressed and as down and destructive as me you wouldn't," Denise told her co-star.
"You would stop," she added before telling her friend: "I think you should drink less."

Carol quickly acknowledged that she "knows she drinks too much", adding: "The government says I should only drink like 14 units a week, so it is more than that, but no, I don’t get terrible hangovers, I don’t get depressed."
But Denise responded: "It's not just about hangovers, you have had breast cancer as well and I think you should not drink as much because you've had that."
As Carol pulled a silly face, Danise added: "I worry about it from a health point of view.
But Carol then yelled: ‘You’ve got to take chances in life," as Denise said: "I know you have. We all know that."

This then prompted Loose Women anchor Charlene to speak over them to move on with the show, saying: "Take a breath ladies, take a breath,’ the lead panelist said.
Before that, Carol said she wouldn't take part in Dry January, saying: "I quite like being drunk and I like having a hangover. It gives me a chance to do nothing."
She then turned to Denise and said: "Don't you start, the booze police over here."
She continued: "I don't drink as much as you think I do. I don't get that bad hangovers, otherwise I probably would have stopped. I do it purely for social reasons - I go out."
