Loose Women host Charlene White despaired during Monday's show as panelist Linda Robson and guest Nicola Wheeler both swore.
Charlene apologised both times and asked what had got into everyone as the live blunders kept on coming.
Linda had been telling a story about her daughter amid the discussion about modesty shorts.
She said: "My 30-year-old daughter needs some of those shorts because I was away with her at the weekend in Clacton, with other nanny, nanny Brenda.
"I couldn't believe how many times she bent over to pick up something or do one of the kid's shoelaces up and there was a total eclipse!
"The cheeks of her a**e you could see! Her bottom, I apologise everybody!" Linda suddenly realised what she had said and corrected herself.
Charlene told her: "Naughty word but thank you for apologising."
Later, Emmerdale star Nicola was chatting about having the same name as her character on the soap.
Carol McGiffin asked: "Is it a bit weird having your character have the same name as you, does it make it easier?"
Nicola replied: "No it is strange, I remember I did a PA once with Dominic Brunt, and I always thought everyone knew my name until everyone was shouting, 'Paddy and Nicola!'
"I was like, oh no they are calling me by my character, and I had a conversation with one of the producers and he said, 'Why didn't we change the name of the character?'
"But I would rather not, I am terrible with names. soI get really confused when people say, 'Hi Nicola'.
"I think, is it me or is it her? Which one are they talking to?"
She then giggled: "If they say the word b***h it's me! I am joking!"
Horrified, Charlene said: "No! You can't say that either, what is wrong with everyone today? I am going to apologise on behalf of Nicola for Nicola's language.
"Ladies, come on, I know it's a Monday!" she added.
Nicola also spoke about the fact her character might be divorcing husband Jimmy King, and was asked, 'Can you two survive?'
She said: "Well, if it was just down to Jimmy and Nicola maybe, but unfortunately, two other people enter the relationship, which is Mandy for Jimmy and Mack for Nicola.
"So they both have a little bit of temptation, and the question is whether or not they go with it."
