The Loose Women panelists were given a huge shock on Monday's show when producers brought up incredible throwback photos of them all on screen.
Andrea McLean, Gloria Hunniford, Denise Welch and Saira Khan all gasped when they saw the 30-year-old snaps, which saw them sport some very retro looks.
Denise, 61, had a very 80s hairstyle and wore a sparkly jacket as she smouldered look down the camera lens.
"Look at the hair!" Denise said.
Andrea was also shocked by her hair, which was cut into a bob with a gappy full fringe, and she donned a bright red jacket as she smiled nervously for the shot.
The TV host, who was 20 at the time, said the shot was from her first ever promotional shoot when she started her TV career.
Gloria, 79, had a huge bouffant style and was clearly a fan of the glittery jackets herself.
The presenter, who was 49 when the snap was taken, said: "Look at mine! It's like a mohican."
Saira looked a lot more like her 2020 self in a sharp suit as she pulled a big grin for the camera.
It was taken when she was just 19-years-old when she was a budding businesswoman.
She took part in The Apprentice 2005 and has been a regular face on TV ever since.
Also on today's show Denise opened up about her traumatic childbirth experience when she delivered her son Matt Healy, the leader singer of The 1975.
Denise was denied any pain relief throughout her 42 hour labour.
She called ordeal "horrendous" and said it made her choose to have a caesarean when she had her next child.
