The Loose Women panelists discussed their surprising A-level results today as students are nervously receiving their grades after taking exams throughout Covid.
Ranvir Singh, Linda Robson, Sunetra Sarker and Janet Street-Porter joined in with other stars sharing their results, including Jeremy Clarkson, and how despite getting low grades, they managed to get a glitzy career in showbiz.
TV presenter Ranvir started off the segment by saying it's a "big day for teens up and down the country" before she turned to her co-stars and asked them what they got.
Sunetra said: "There was a foul in there, is it because I didn't pay attention? I did psychology, I did French. I got three A-levels - C, D and an unclassified (U)."

Janet butted in: "Unclassified is not a pass, sorry."
She then went on to reveal her outcome, adding: "I took four A-levels and I got three. The one I failed was O Level and I had 10 O Levels."
Janet revealed she took English, history, art and maths, revealing she was "going to try and be an architect".
"I really enjoyed doing my A-levels," she concluded.
Impressed by her subjects, Ranvir said: "So clever."

Meanwhile, Linda revealed she "didn't do too well really", telling her co-stars: "I got four Ds or something."
Linda hilariously added: "When my son went to college I made him work, I made him revise. He got four Bs, but really they're my Bs. I always wanted them to go to uni."
Ranvir said of her results: "I got two Bs and I think I got a C for French and C for German. I've really pushed into my son that he's got to have a wide knowledge. I think it's more important to know a little bit about a lot."

They then discussed how students are "pressured" with going to uni, when Janet believes they should take on apprenticeships.
"I think the pressure on kids to go to uni is ridiculous," she said. "Linda, I get where you're coming from. But why not be an apprentice, why not learn a skill."
She then added to parent viewers: "Please encourage them to be apprentices - it's a massive skill."
Sunetra concluded: "I loved uni, I made life-long friends there, I learnt how to split bills and how to share a house with other people."

Ranvir added: "Good luck today, we've all had different backgrounds and look at our careers."
The panelists have gone on to have successful careers, with Sunetra and Linda being well-known actresses, while Janet started out as a journalist and is now a TV presenter, as well as Ranvir.
It comes after Jeremy Clarkson shared his annual A-level results tweet this morning, which read: "If the teachers didn’t give you the A level results you were hoping for, don’t worry. I got a C and 2Us and I’ve ended up happy, with loads of friends and a Bentley."
