Loose Women viewers quickly became convinced Ant and Dec were causing chaos behind the scenes on Monday, after host Charlene White asked guest Emily Atack a rather rude question.
Anyone who has ever seen an episode of Saturday Night Takeaway will be familiar with I'm A Celebrity Get Outta Me Ear, the prank that sees the Geordie presenters get famous faces to say and do all sorts of things by instructing them via an ear piece.
And people tuned into ITV on Monday were sure it was Ant and Dec that were behind the random goings on in Lorraine and This Morning and then Loose Women.
It all started when Lorraine interviewed KSI and, after accusing him of "mugging" her off with his comments about Bake Off, said: "I've got a bit of cramp in my leg.
"I wish that you were here so you could help me, I will just walk it off, it's poppycock!"
The bizarre moments continued on This Morning as Holly and Phillip acted up while James Martin did a cooking demonstration, with Holly she needed a wee and then got up out of her seat and said she was looking for salt, before beat boxing along to the sound of the mixer as James whisked eggs.
Barely able to keep a straight face, she said: "Beat the eggs to the beat" before remarking: "oooh that's a big, big whisk. I nearly said big bush!"
Viewers were quick to suspect Ant and Dec were the catalysts for the weird goings on and blamed them for something that happened on Loose Women when the panel conducted a video interview with I'm A Celebrity star Emily.
Emily recently filmed new show This Is MY House with panellist Judi Love, but as the pair talked about the series, presenter Charlene, who looked on edge the whole time, rudely interrupted to say: "I need to know. I'm so confused.
"You guys are obviously talking so lovely about the show but I really need to know what the show is actually about."
A rather taken aback Emily replied: "Good point. Yeah, I keep forgetting nobody else knows...right."
Watching the show, which also saw Jane Moore pick her nose and complain about cramp, one fan tweeted: "They are making it so obvious now #itv #loosewomen #ant &dec," and another posted: "Now the Loose Women are at it! Definitely an Ant & Dec prank across ITV daytime!"
However, there were some viewers less convinced it was Ant and Dec responsible for the weirdness, with another remarking: "I thought Ant & Dec filmed way ahead tho for it to be them. Is there something else happening at ITV wind up?" and another replying: "That's what I'm thinking. It seems to obvious to be Ant and Dec"
