Loose Women becomes Loose Men as Richard Madeley hosts - and viewers want more

Loose Women viewers were full of praise for the show on Thursday as it once again featured an all male panel.

Following in the footsteps of Marvin Humes and Ronan Keating, Richard Madeley, Judge Rinder, Jordan Banjo and Martin Kemp appeared on the lunchtime talk show as it once again became Loose Men.

Former This Morning host Richard was the anchor.

Taking place during Mental Health Awareness Show, the special edition of Loose Women saw the men talk about everything from 'dad bods' and being picked apart for their appearance, to issues surrounding mental health - including bullying, shame and male suicide.

And, just as Richard is set for a stint at being Good Morning Britain presenter next month, ITV viewers lapped up the episode, with plenty calling for more of the same and some even declaring it was better than Loose Women.

One tweeted: "Can this be a permanent feature, such a breath of fresh air, the content is fabulous, even if it just gets men talking, well done guys.

Another posted: "Just looking at the #loosemen hashtag shows it needs to be a weekly episode. If ITV had any sense they’d make it every week on a Friday."

A third reacted: "Loving the show today!! Please have #LooseMen on every week!!! Men’s views are important too!!"
