Loose Women have announced the return of one of its show legends after a heartbreaking death.
Kaye Adams revealed the news at the end of Friday's show that Jane McDonald will return to the ITV studio next week for the first time in two years.
She will appear on the daytime programme to share her emotional story about losing her beloved fiance, Ed Rothe, earlier this year.
Kaye told viewers: "We’ll be reuniting Carol [McGiffin] with Jane for the first time in eight years - so many great memories.

"Jane makes her return next week."
Jane was introduced to musician Ed by one of the daytime show's make-up artists and has spoken about him many times over the years.
Eddie tragically passed away in March aged 67 after a battle with lung cancer.
It was announced on April 7 that Eddie had "been battling lung cancer for the last few months" and had died two weeks previous at the end of March.

The musician was best known for being the drummer in Liquid Gold and later The Searchers.
A statement shared via Jane's official Twitter page at the time read: "It is with immense sadness that we share the news that Jane’s beloved long term partner, Ed, passed away on Friday 26th March. He had been battling lung cancer for the last few months.
"We would like to thank everyone for all their help and support during this very difficult time, especially the NHS staff and the wonderful team at The Wakefield Hospice.

"The funeral took place earlier today and we would please ask for your kindness in observing Jane’s privacy for her and Ed’s family at this sad time."
Jane and Eddie first dated as teenagers but didn't reunite until years later following a change meeting on the set of This Morning.
The couple then became engaged in 2008.
