Loophole means Kylie Jenner may have give Travis Scott millions if they split up

Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott currently look the picture of relationship bliss - but the billionaire make-up mogul could be hit in the pocket if they ever split.

Kylie could look to make Travis sign a prenup before ever walking down the aisle.

But this wouldn't stop a little-known Hollywood law from forcing Kylie to give Travis millions if they separated.

The loved-up couple took 18-month-old daughter Stormi on holiday to Italy to celebrate Kylie's 22nd birthday recently, but according to a family lawyer, the star could be liable for a costly support bill if they were to ever split.

California family law attorney David T Pisarra, told Hollywood Life that America's 'rags to riches' law meant that Stormi's billionaire lifestyle would have to be maintained when she is with Travis.

Pisarra said: "Travis can ask for child support and since his income is significantly lower than Kylie’s, even though she may have more custodial time.

"It’s certainly possible that Kylie could even be paying Travis child support even if she has more time, she’s very susceptible."

Pisarra went on to explain: "The reason for that is because the courts want the child to be in equivalent homes so that they’re not going from two completely different ‘rags to riches’ experiences."

It is an unusual position as Travis is one of the most successful rap artists in the world at the moment, with his Astroworld album being a number one smash.

This would certainly mean that he would be a very wealthy individual and Stormi would certainly never be in a 'rags' position but compared to billionaire make-up mogul Kylie, then this quirk in the law could be opened up.

It could be that Travis would be entitled to half of what Kylie owns if they get married, unless an agreement is reached beforehand.

Pisarra continued: "Absolutely he would be entitled, but there is zero chance of that happening though. I’m sure Kylie has an army of lawyers around to her to protect of anything like that from ever happening.”

There is no doubting that for sure.
