Loop-bound CTA Orange Line trains resume normal service

Orange Line trains bound for the Loop are standing at Midway July 2, 2019.

CTA Orange Line trains bound for the Loop were standing Tuesday at the Midway station but have since resumed normal service.

The CTA announced the delay about 6:40 a.m., citing mechanical problems on a train.

Riders should not expect any undue delays, the transit authority said.
