What you'll need: Minimum 2:1 Honours Degree in a finance, mathematics or science based degree. It is not essential to have an accountancy degree, but you must have a keen and demonstrable interest in business and finance.
What you'll be doing:
- Monthly accounts preparation and management accounting
- Financial reporting and analysis
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Maintenance and improvement of systems and databases

Engineering Graduate Scheme
Salary: £31,314 rising every 6 months, ending on £38,134
What you'll need:
- Must have or expect to achieve a 2:1 in a STEM related degree

- A willingness to learn with a passion for engineering
What you'll be doing:
As with all new graduates , you will spend your first few weeks working on the production line – this experience is vital in giving you a firm understanding of our business. Thereafter, you will be given exposure to other functions before being assigned to a team of engineers where you will develop specialised knowledge within a particular area.
Procurement Graduate Scheme

What you'll be doing:
The successful candidate will be sufficiently flexible to assume responsibility for any aspects of the following:
- Sourcing for all new models across Nissan Europe
- Daily communication with suppliers, internal departments, external departments and global entities
- Cost management of parts with both suppliers and internal departments
- Project management activities for new European projects
- Internal reporting of key cost information on a monthly basis

Sales & Marketing Graduate Scheme
Salary: £30,000
What you'll need:
- Must have or expect to achieve minimum 2:1 in a business-related degree

- 12 months commercial work experience either a placement/gap year or postgraduate work is preferable

Quality and Total Customer Satisfaction Graduate Scheme

What you'll need:
- Must have or are expected to gain at least a 2:1 in an Engineering, Software Development, Technical or Data Analysis discipline

- Numerate with strong analytical skills
What you'll be doing:
You could be working in any one of the varied functions within Quality and TCS, including:
- Model Engineering – conducting technical investigations to understand concerns in the market, providing and validating countermeasures
- Product Quality Management Office – validating the quality of new vehicles throughout their early development, to ensure launch at Nissan Quality levels
- Field Quality Assurance – investigating and managing serious concerns, recall and service campaigns
- Quality and Process Management – analysing information from the Customer to implement a quality strategy, set targets and drive improvement
- Supplier Warranty – facilitating supplier analysis and improvement of warranty parts and recovering warranty costs
- Customer Experience of Quality – analysing customer data relating to their experience of Nissan and providing and driving improvement strategies

R&D Graduate Scheme

What you'll need:
- Must have or be expected to gain a minimum 2:1 degree in either Engineering, Mechanical, Automotive or similar – ideally with evidence of a one-year work placement
- Some experience in a vehicle related area and/or specialisation in technical field would be ideal
- A creative, forward thinker with excellent communication and team working skills
What you'll be doing: Engineers work cross functionally across the business and with suppliers to create the optimum solutions to produce the best product.
Information Systems & Technology Graduate Scheme
Salary: £31,314 rising every 6 months, ending on £38,134
What you'll need:
- Must have or expect to achieve a 2:1 in an IT, Computing or Technology related discipline
- You must have permission to live and work in the UK without restriction at the time of hire
- Demonstrable passion for technology and innovation
- An understanding of Project Management techniques
What you'll be doing:
- Project management using Agile and Waterfall
- Analysis and requirements gathering – engaging business counterparts to identify problems and opportunities, to formalise business requirements
- Functional design of IS/IT systems, different technologies and architecture
- Collaboration with colleagues across all IS/IT teams including software development, infrastructure, information security and enterprise integration.
