LookFantastic shoppers follow Martin Lewis advice and bag £500 worth of gifts for £70

Shoppers who buy just one product from the LookFantastic post-Black Friday sale could save hundreds on their Christmas shopping. As December closes in, the online beauty retailer has finally slashed the price of their beauty advent calendar - which already saved shoppers over £400 on the RRP.

LookFantastic’s advent calendar has become a firm favourite among shoppers over the last couple of years, completely selling out in 2021. This year, it offers 25 windows stuffed with 26 beauty products from brands such as Elemis, Drunk Elephant and Philip Kingsley, as well as some more independent and high street brands

Originally priced at £95, the box contains £507.22 worth of products , including the PMD Clean Mini, worth a whopping £59 on its own, while the Avant Velvet Perfecting Rose Sugar Scrub is worth £58.

Now, LookFantastic have slashed £20 off the price of the calendar , making it just £75 - but there’s a way to get it even cheaper.

Shoppers who use the code MEGA at the checkout can get ‘up to 60 per cent off’ selected items. The code knocked an additional £3.75 off the price of the box, making it just £71.25. That means a total value saving of £435.97 - a huge discount on some of the highest rated and viral beauty buys that are sure to be at the top of Christmas lists this year.

Inside the calendar there are 13 skin and body care products, four hair care products, seven cosmetics and two fragrance items, which makes for a pretty great mix of pamper products.

While it may not arrive in time to open drawer number one on December 1, there are a few other ways to give this gift and save a fortune on presents this year. Money Saving Expert Martin Lewis previously suggested that beauty advent calendars containing a high value of products inside is a great way to save cash at Christmas.

The consumer expert suggested dividing the contents of beauty advent calendars up and giving them out as gifts to different people if you're looking to save cash on buying things individually.

Alternatively, particularly good for mums or partners, it’s a great idea to remove all of the products from the advent calendar, and place them in a hamper. They’ll have no idea the products came from an advent calendar, and it’ll look like you’ve spent WAY more than £70 - and put a lot of thought into it, too.

We previously reviewed the calendar, and said: “The LookFantastic Advent Calendar provides everything you need for your pamper routine throughout December and beyond, offering high end, luxury brands you may not otherwise have afforded or treated yourself to.

“The fact that two of the product total more than the price you pay for the box, it’s pretty good going, and if you happen to come across a product you’re unlikely to use, you can pop it in with someone’s Christmas present to save yourself a bit of cash and spread the festive cheer.

“The LookFantastic Advent Calendar is an indulgent and luxurious beauty Christmas countdown perfect for discovering new brands and old favourites. Pamper products can prove expensive, but this is a great way to grab everything you need for a Sunday self-care session for under £100 - for over £500 worth of goodies.”
