Look: University of Florida Twitter account hilariously fails at math

The Florida football team cannot escape the spotlight this offseason, constantly getting into trouble for one thing or another.

However, on Friday morning, it was the Twitter team that made headlines around college football for a hilarious blunder.

At exactly 12:00 am, an obviously scheduled tweet went off from the university’s account, which called Friday “game day.”

We’ll include a picture, just in case the tweet gets deleted.

Unfortunately for the Gators, kickoff against Miami is not until Saturday night at 7:00 pm. The intern that tweeted this out after transferring from Florida State’s graphic design department, will probably hit the market again at the crack of dawn.

A little while after publishing, this tweet was still active online, giving off the impression the social media intern could have been referencing competitive corn hole or jean-clipping rather than football.

Knowing Florida, the Gators will probably show up to the field at Camping World Stadium Friday at 7:00. With just about half of the team suspended, it’s a wonder how Mullen’s bunch is even considered a touchdown favorite against Miami.
