The UGA Football Barn Sign, located on Highway 15 between Tennille and Wrightsville, is a Georgia icon that is updated after big UGA wins to commemorate special moments.
Georgia’s 24-17 victory over the No. 6 ranked Florida Gators on Saturday called for an updated message to be painted on the side of the barn.
The new message, with the permanent Bulldog logo off to the left, simply reads:
Dawgs 24
Gators 17
Sic ’em
Last season, following Georgia’s win over Florida, the sign got an update as well.
“Dawgs 36 Gators 17. Oh…got ’em!!” it read.
