It’s official. Ohio State 5-star quarterback commitment Quinn Ewers enrolled at OSU and joined the football team early this week. And if you wondered if he was going to hit the ground running, based on a picture the Ohio State Football Twitter account shared, he did just that.
By the looks of it, there was some significant weather in and around Columbus that I’m sure many of you felt and witnessed. But that didn’t stop Ewers and the Buckeye football team from putting in another hard day’s work at the Woody Hayes Athletic Center. Deluge? Oh well, when you are looking to mold together a championship team, that’s when you can toughen up — in the midst of the chaos and unpleasant conditions.

The future for Ewers starts now. It’s unlikely that he’ll factor into the quarterback race at this point for the fall, but he’s expected to be a big part of it as he learns the playbook, culture, and develops along the way.
