Look out! Donkey Kong Bananza is leaking online!

A casual PSA warning this Monday morning, Destructoid! Donkey Kong Bananaza has broken its street date and is being leaked online. No, we aren't going to talk about anything we have personally seen or link out to leaks. We don't want to be spoiled ahead of the biggest Nintendo game of the year!

Numerous images are being shared of people who were able to obtain physical copies of the game from various stores before the release date, which has led to an influx of story details and reveals on platforms like Reddit. So if you want to avoid spoilers about DK's first 3D outing in nearly 20 years, you might want to avoid social media for the next few days.

I don't really have much else to talk about. I just wanted to use this article to warn any readers about the spoilers and leaks that have been appearing online if, like me, you are trying to avoid everything about it. The game is only a few days from launching, so we only need to hold off for a little while longer.

I don't even want to hint at the things I have seen, as I feel one word will immediately tip people off as to what the spoilers entail. So let's leave it at that and pretend they don't exist for the next few days, so we can all go into the game blind, shall we?

In other DK news, some eagle-eyed Nintendo fans noticed over the weekend that Universal Studios filed a new DK movie with Nintendo. Though that doesn't confirm a movie is in the works, it seems to be the next project the team is working on after Super Mario Bros. 2. Maybe we get a full-on King K. Rool reveal in the movie? I can only hope.
