It can be almost impossible to get a moment to yourself between back-to-back shows and air-kissing at New York fashion week, and even more so when you're the editor of US vogue. There's something quite reassuringly still, then, about this image of Anna Wintour at the Victoria Beckham show in the New York Public Library. Was she waiting for it to start or was she the last to leave? Who was she texting? Or was it just a gripping game of Angry Birds? Who knows. The pleated green leather skirt and fur coat are classic Wintour but it must have been truly cold if she swapped her kitten heels (a Wintour staple) for a pair of high heeled boots.
