LOOK. Nick Bosa looks to be ahead of schedule in coming back from injury.

Video can be misleading, but based on the way former Ohio State and current San Francisco 49ers defensive end was moving during a workout shared to his Instagram account, Nick Bosa’s rehab seems to be going well.

Bosa tore his ACL during a game against the New York Jets in Week 2 of the season last year. Since then, he’s undergone surgery and has been working behind the scenes to get himself in playing shape for the start of the 2021-2022 season. We’ve seen him lifting weights with his legs, and now we got a peek at him cutting and planting in what looked like a full-out cone-drill workout on Friday.

It’s amazing how quickly science and medicine can get players back to full strength these days. What would have normally been a long, long rehabilitation is now an easier road to come back from. Not that anything about coming back from a catastrophic knee injury is anything to sneeze at, but it’s looking like Bosa will be ready for the season based on what we’ve seen, and what we’ve heard.

Get a look at Bosa working hard thanks to the 49ers on NBCS Twitter account below.

We can’t forget about the determination and sweat equity Bosa has also displayed, but if you’ve seen him play and learned from the work ethic he’s had so far during his young career, it shouldn’t be a surprise.
