As they always do around this time annually, New Era unveiled their sideline hats for the 2019 NFL season for each of the league’s 32 teams. Of course, the collection features the hats in which each respective team will wear on the sidelines for their home and away games.
As most are aware, 2019 will be the NFL’s 100th season, and each hat was designed with that in mind. For that reason, each hat will have each team’s year of establishment on the side, so in the Jags’ case, there will be a 1995 logo on the right side.
The home cap features a teal brim, while the front of the crown is black with the Jags’ logo on it. Above the logo is what looks to be retro lettering while the left and the right sides are teal like the brim.
The away cap is a little easier on the eyes as the whole hat is black. New Era kept it simple by putting the Jags’ logo on the front with no lettering, while making the stitching teal.
