MANILA, Phililppines – New Clark City looks all set to host the centerpiece events as the 2019 Southeast Asian Games officially unfolds on Saturday, November 30.
As the main hub of the regional biennial meet, the spanking new sports complex in Capas, Tarlac will stage the athletics and aquatics events.
