Look: Josh Allen rocks Black Panther costume for Halloween

With Halloween occurring, there have been a lot of Gardner Minshew II costumes surfacing on the web and all around Duval. Jacksonville Jaguars pass rusher Josh Allen decided to take a different approach, however, and dressed up as Marvel’s Black Panther after veteran Calais Campbell told him that all rookies must dress up for Halloween.

In a nutshell, it appears Campbell was impressed and now believes Allen needs to weigh his options in Hollywood.

Afterward, it was revealed that Campbell was joking about the Jags’ rookies having to dress up for Halloween, however, Marvel still needs to look into making this happen. Fans from Duval would certainly eat it up and so would the nation, who set box office records to see the first “Black Panther” movie.

In the meantime, Allen will have to focus on showing off his athleticism against the Houston Texans in what will be a huge game for the Jags. With a win, they could climb to the No. 2 spot before heading into the bye, then focus on knocking off the Indianapolis Colts afterward.

So far, Allen has made a strong case for Defensive Rookie of the Year, racking up 23 tackles, 12 quarterback hits and seven sacks so far. However, he’ll have another solid challenge on his hands as he’ll face off against tackles Laremy Tunsil and rookie Tytus Howard, who have blocked well enough to make Deshaun Watson a MVP candidate.
