Look inside the gorgeous mansion an hour from Bristol on the market for £9.25m

An eight-bedroom house described as "exceptionally attractive" has been put up for sale.

Bledisloe House in Cirencester, Gloucester, is located around an hour from Bristol.

The Grade II-listed property has been placed on the market with a price tag of £9.25 million, according to Gloucestershire Live.

Sitting in the Cotswolds and coming with around 38 acres of land, the house is said to occupy a "remarkably unspoilt rural setting" in the words of estate agents Savills.

The Savills website states: "Bledisloe House is an exceptionally attractive Grade II Listed country house, which has recently undergone significant remedial work including the replacement of the roof.

"An extensive design and planning process was implemented in order to create beautifully balanced and well proportioned accommodation.

"The house is now ready to progress to the next stage of its evolution.

"With beautiful architectural features, the house is constructed of stone with a handsome, classic southern elevation boasting an impressive central, triangular pediment supported by four imposing Ionic columns."
