It's no secret that Bristol is a much sought after place to live these days, which means property is of a premium.

Estate agents Savills have described the area as a 'prime residential address', highlighting that the property is located near bus stops with services running to the city centre, Cribbs Causeway and 'the regional shopping centre'.
