The decor also includes a range of vintage wooden signs dedicated to Irish stouts and whiskies. Dirty O’Sheas will also be screening a range of live sports events and music.

The venue formerly belonged to Empire which was closed in October 2017 following the stabbing and death of Sam Cook who was celebrating his 21st birthday at the venue.

Pub Invest Group, who will operate the site, have decided to keep the basement of the venue closed as a mark of respect to the 21-year-old.

Dirty O'Sheas will be open seven days a week 12pm-2am.
