Lions center Frank Ragnow is known for being an avid outdoorsman. A Minnesota native, Ragnow is at home hunting, fishing and being an explorer of the natural world.
Ragnow posted to his Instagram feed on Wednesday night a picture that really shows his fishing ability. The center is proudly holding up a massive stingray he caught. Standing on a boat deck, Ragnow notes “Stingray the size of me”, with the promise of a video coming soon.
Ragnow is 6-foot-5 and listed at 311 pounds, and the stingray does indeed obscure nearly his entire body below the neck.
Nice catch! Watch out for that stinger, though…
