Look: Eric Weddle walked with Tiger Woods during a practice round

Eric Weddle is a golf junkie, not only as a fan of the game, but also as a player. He plays a lot of golf in his free time, using it as an escape from football by going to the course or driving range and beating buckets of balls.

He even almost got kicked out of the Masters a few years ago for yelling Charley Hoffman’s name while he was warming up on the range.

Being the big golf fan that he is, Weddle was treated to something special on Wednesday at Torrey Pines. He got the chance to walk with Tiger Woods during his practice round for the Farmers Insurance Open, which takes place this week.

Weddle snapped a few shots of the 82-time PGA Tour winner, taking in the scenery in San Diego, which is where he lives.

This is Woods’ first event of the new year, and has won eight times at Torrey Pines. He has a good chance to make it nine this week despite facing a loaded field in San Diego.
