The No. 7 has touched back down for the Washington Redskins thanks to the arrival of No. 15 overall pick Dwayne Haskins.
Haskins showed up Friday at minicamp and was predictably the center of attention, flashing the No. 7 for the first time since 1985, as captured in a video above from Jake Russell of the Washington Post.
Joe Theismann was actually at camp to see the new No. 7 going to work too after the legendary Redskins quarterback gave Haskins his blessing to wear it.
And let’s just say Haskins was quite a bit more impressive than a highlight reel released by the New York Giants for Daniel Jones:
